Written scope before any work begins. The single most common complaint administrators have about cleaning companies is that something was omitted or added without notice. Our scope lists every space and every task in plain language. If it is not on the document, we will not do it without your approval.
Fixed Pricing
We quote a fixed monthly price and invoice that amount. There are no fuel surcharges, supply fees, or variable line items. If the scope changes, the price changes — in writing, before the next visit.
Assigned Crews for Faith Facilities
Churches and faith communities are not interchangeable with office buildings. The people who work in your building on Sunday are in a different relationship with that space than workers in a commercial office. We assign a named crew lead to each faith facility and do not rotate substitutes through without advance notice.
Insurance Documentation on Every Quote
We include a certificate of general liability insurance with every written quote. You do not have to ask for it, and you do not have to trust us on the question of coverage. The paperwork is there from the first document you receive.
We Do Not Fabricate Credentials
We do not publish invented testimonials, inflated review counts, or certifications we do not hold. If your board asks what credentials we carry, the honest answer is 22 years of operation, general liability insurance, bonding, and a track record in faith facilities across this metro.
