Yes. Saturday afternoon cleans before Sunday services are the most common schedule for sanctuary work. We also clean Sunday mornings before early services if the building has a large congregation with multiple services. Weekend scheduling carries a modest premium over weekday work, which we include in the written quote.
We assign a named crew lead to each faith facility and maintain that assignment. When a substitute is necessary, we notify you in advance. We do not send unknown substitutes to a church building without your knowledge.
We carry general liability insurance appropriate for work in occupied faith facilities. A certificate of insurance is included with every written quote — you do not need to request it separately.
Event cleans are scheduled separately from the regular contract and priced by scope. If your congregation has events throughout the month that require post-event cleaning, we can build a flexible event-clean arrangement alongside the regular schedule. Yes. Nursery and classroom sanitizing is one of our three service lines. We treat children’s spaces with a higher frequency of surface disinfection than adult common areas. See the nursery cleaning page for the specific task list.
We work on monthly service agreements. The minimum scope is typically a once-monthly clean of a building with at least a sanctuary and restrooms. There is no multi-year commitment required at the start.
Yes. Unless you have specific products you want used in your building (a common request for nurseries), we bring everything needed. If your building uses a particular disinfectant for faith-specific reasons, let us know in the quote conversation.
Yes. If you can describe the spaces and provide approximate square footage, we can prepare a written quote by phone or email. A walkthrough often produces a more precise scope, but it is not required to get the quote process started.
Typically within one to two weeks of a signed agreement, depending on scheduling availability for your area. If your situation is urgent, mention it when you call and we will see what we can arrange.
