Why Coverage Matters for Faith Facilities
When a cleaning company enters your building, they are in a position of trust. They have keys or access codes. They are in the building when most members are not present. If something is damaged, broken, or missing, the question of who is responsible and how it is resolved depends entirely on whether the contractor carries adequate insurance.
Church trustees and administrators should ask for proof of coverage before any cleaning company enters the building. We agree with this, which is why we include the certificate automatically with every written quote.
We carry general liability insurance appropriate for commercial cleaning work in occupied faith facilities. A certificate of insurance is included with every written quote. If your board needs a copy of the certificate before the quote stage, call us and we will send one.
What We Carry
General liability insurance. Covers property damage and bodily injury that occurs in connection with our work on your premises. This is the coverage your board and your building’s insurance carrier will ask about.
Bonding. Our crews are bonded. This provides recourse in the event of theft or dishonesty by crew members on your property.
Workers’ compensation. Covers our employees if they are injured while working in your building. Without workers’ comp, an injured worker can in some circumstances pursue a claim against the property owner. Our coverage removes that risk.
What We Do Not Publish
We do not publish policy numbers, dollar limits, or carrier names on this page because these figures change with each policy renewal and we will not risk showing outdated numbers. The certificate of insurance attached to your quote is the current, accurate document. If your insurance carrier or risk committee needs a specific form or additional insured endorsement, ask during the quote conversation and we will arrange it.
22 Years in Business
An insured company that has operated for two years is very different from one that has operated for 22 years. The longer operating history is evidence that claims, if any, have been handled appropriately — a company with significant unresolved claims does not stay in business for 22 years.
