How Church Cleaning Is Priced
We do not publish flat rates because church buildings vary more than almost any other facility type. A 3,000-square-foot chapel with one restroom and a small lobby prices very differently from an 18,000-square-foot campus with a full commercial kitchen, nursery wing, multiple restroom banks, and classrooms in use six days a week.
The factors that determine your monthly price:
- Total cleanable square footage — sanctuary, fellowship hall, classrooms, restrooms, offices, hallways
- Frequency — weekly, twice monthly, or monthly (some churches combine frequencies: weekly for restrooms and entryways, monthly for a deeper sanctuary clean)
- Timing requirements — Saturday afternoon and Sunday pre-service cleans carry a modest premium over weekday work
- Scope per visit — restroom sanitation, kitchen cleaning, and floor care each add to the base scope
The only honest answer is a written quote after a brief description of your building. We do not give phone estimates and then revise them upward after seeing the space. The written quote is the price.
